Return Policy

Lynnway stands behind what we sell and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases.  We recognize that one inevitably encounters a corked or otherwise flawed bottle.  On these rare occasions, following inspection by a Lynnway manager, we gladly replace or issue a refund for the defective bottle WITHIN 90 DAYS of the purchase date.

STEP 1: CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Contact our Customer Care team to notify us about any issue you may be having. You may contact Customer Care at (781)599-5333.

STEP 2: GET UPS RETURN LABEL

Lynnway Liquors will email you a UPS return label. Simply print the pre-paid return label and adhere it to the original box your wine was shipped. Call UPS to schedule the pick up. If the box was damaged, we will ship you an empty box with the return label inside.

STEP 3: RETURN THE WINE

UPS will pick up your return shipment from the address it was delivered to and send it back to us. Your refund will be processed when the package has arrived back to our warehouse. It may take a few days for the credit to show up on your account. Wine orders will be returned to our retail store location at:
